The staff were all very helpful and answered any queries quickly and efficiently. Room was spacious and clean, and very comfortable. Situated conveniently just off the freeway, Attractive building. Liked laundry facilities, complimentary breakfast.

Loved the Hotel and the people that worked there. Everyone was so Great. Mariposal went above and beyond the call of duty. She made us feel so welcome . She also suggested places for us to eat which were wonderful. She always had a smile and remembered our names. My husband and I work and live in Vegas. We know about excellent customer service and we sure got it here. The rooms were extremely clean as was the whole property. They even had fresh coffee going 24-7 . Can't wait to go back. Guzy was also a sweetheart. Very warm and friendly. Close to the Beach and everything else.

I had my wedding reception in the meeting rooms. I took a year to plan the wedding and booked the holiday Inn at least 9 months in advance. The holiday Inn employees, such as Kathy and Guzy, were always there to answer any questions I had. They set the room up multiple times for me to see how it would look. Any time I would want to change something, all it took was a simple email or phone call. It was all handled very well. They also gave me a nice group rate, since I had many friends and family wanting to stay. They were even willing to give the group rate the night of the reception for anyone that didn't plan on staying but thought it was best to.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. My wedding coordinator decorated the "happy couples" room with different small things. We made sure the hotel wouldn't mind cleaning it up before we left. They said it was no problem. Everything was great!! Oh also the breakfast was great! I thought I wasn't up early enough for breakfast but the hotel keep it open a little later for all of my guests to help themselves when they were checking out. It was all very nice!!

"We visit California once a year on vacation. We have stayed at different hotels, but our stay at Holiday Inn Express was by far the best care that we have ever experienced. The management at the Holiday Inn Express paid special and detailed attention to courtesy, friendlyness and cleaniness. The staff was very friendly and were very helpful when asked about sites to visit. We were always greeted with a smile and a friendly greeting. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express as a choice of stay."

"This was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It had all the best qualities one looks for when one decides on a place to stay. We came from Maryland to visit my son who was relocated to San Clemente. This hotel was perfect in so many ways. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nice. There's a feel of quaintness or peace and quiet there. No noise, just tranquility. We passed very few people in the hallways. The complimentary breakfast was GREAT. It wasn't the usual boxed cereal and muffins. It was eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits. We ate breakfast every morning. Loved, loved the location. A lot of space for parking. It didn't feel like a huge commercial hotel feels. I like that it was around a shopping center and up a hill. Seriously, I can't recommend this GEM of a hotel enough. Oh, forgot to mention, the rooms were immaculate. Clean, modern and very nice. We called the front desk 2 times, once for an extra blanket because my hubby liked it cold in the room and they arrived with a blanket within 5 mins. The other time was to ask for some more wooden hangers, they also appeared in a very short time. I love this hotel, seriously. Best hotel experience I've had and we've traveled extensively."

"I needed a last-minute place to stay for a business trip. I didn't expect all that much, just wanted a convenient location. I was very pleased with the quality of the rooms, very nice and all new.
